The CJD Support Network relies entirely on the kindness of our donors and fundraisers to continue our work.
Donating in Memory
We welcome donations in loving memory loved ones. Please make sure that the name of your loved one is made clear when making your donation by either including it in the envelope when sending a cheque, or get in touch with their name if donating via BACS and they will be added to our Memorial Roll. Where we have your contact details, payments will be acknowledged in writing.

Cheques should be made out to ‘The CJD Support Network’ and posted to PO Box 3936, Chester, CH1 9NG.
BACS
You can make a direct BACS donation to the CJD Support Network, please contact us to request details. For donations in loving memory a loved one, please use the reference ‘In Memoriam’.
