Challenge Events

We offer discounted registration for a huge number of different challenge events. We work with runforcharity.com to ensure access to as many challenges as possible.  We offer places across the UK and internationally for marathons and races of all lengths, Tough Mudders, bungee jumps, inflatable obstacle courses, Santa races and more.

If you take on an event for us, we are pleased to offer:

• a contribution to registration cost, with a suggested fundraising minimum
• a CJD Network t shirt or running shirt
• to share your story on our social media, website and newsletter
• a fundraising pack, personalised for you, including information on CJD, social media posts and more;
• to set up a JustGiving page for you if you would like us to
• to provide your supporters with CJD Support Network t shirts for a donation of £10 a shirt
• to work on any individual support that might suit you.

London Marathon & Great North Run

We were unsuccessful in both ballots for London Marathon 2027, and for Great North Run 2026. We enter the ballot each year, but are not guaranteed access to any places for these two events.  We very much welcome anyone who wins an individual ballot place to contact us if you would like to raise money for the CJD Support Network.
