Due to staff leave, we will be running a limited service on our usual opening days of Tuesday and Friday as follows:

Tuesday 16th April –
Emails will not be monitored, however our helpline will be open as usual from 8am-6pm (0800 774 7317)

Friday 19th April –
Emails will not be monitored and our helpline will be closed.

All emails and messages will be responded to when normal service resumes on Tuesday 23rd April.

As a very small organisation with no statutory funding we make every effort to maintain a continuous service, and appreciate your understanding during this period of time.
