Each year Kirsty Davies, owner of Energy Effect Studio (Buckingham), along with friends and members of her study, holds an Annual Charity Day. Kirsty runs back to back classes from 8am-1pm, raising money for charity in the process.
This year, Kirsty has opted to raise money for The CJD Support Network, in honour of friend and special member of the studio, Kate, who has recently been diagnosed with the onset of inherited prion disease.
