Helpline open/closure dates across the festive period

We aim to keep our helpline and email support open and accessible as much as possible over the festive period. As such, we will be open as usual on Friday 22nd December, closed on both Tuesday 26th and Friday 29th December, and open again as usual on Tuesday 2nd January.
