Thank you for your interest in joining the CJD Support Network. Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or older for £10 per year. By becoming a member, you contribute to building an informed, supported, and connected prion disease community. Membership also grants you the opportunity to attend and vote at our Annual General Meeting.

Step 1 –

Set up an annual standing order for £10 from your bank account using the details provided below. While we appreciate any additional donations or more frequent contributions, only £10 per year is required for membership.

Step 2 –

Please confirm that you have set up your standing order by providing the following information:

• First Name (e.g., John)
• Last Name (e.g., Davies)
• Date of Standing Order Setup (Select Date)

After your first membership fee is received, you will receive a welcome email along with your membership number.

You will then be sent a welcome email including your membership number once the first membership fee receipt has been confirmed.

If you’re not already on our mailing list, you will be added. Additionally, you’ll be included in our membership mailing list to receive updates on the charity's governance, including invitations to attend our Annual General Meeting, typically held in October.

If setting up a standing order is not feasible, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss alternative payment methods.

We understand that circumstances change. If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact your bank to stop the standing order. We kindly request that you inform us via email if you do so. We periodically review memberships and will remove individuals from our membership mailing list and AGM invite list if the membership has not been renewed.
