Let’s get together! Our coordinator Beth and member Dave Richardson will be going on an informal walk of approximately 6 miles through Menston, Burley in Wharfedale on Saturday 25th May. They will meet between 10-10.30am at Menston station, to set off promptly at 10.30am. They welcome anyone who would like to join them.
For people coming by car there is a car park at the station. For those travelling by train the route will most likely be via Leeds or Bradford, travelling on to Menston on the Wharfedale Line.
This is an easy and flat route, though walking boots and waterproofs should be considered (it’s the Yorkshire Dales so we should always expect a bit of rain!). Four legged friends are also welcome and the hope is to stop at the end of the walk for refreshments in Ilkley.
Beth and Dave will be there with yellow t-shirts on so that you can’t miss them!
