November Helpline and Office Hours, plus International CJD Awareness Day
Welcome to November. This month sees both shorter days and some changes to our usual helpline and office hours as follows:
Week of 2 November: Closed due to staff leave.
Week of 9 November: We are proud to be attending the Prion 2026 Conference. Voicemail will be on, and calls will be returned as soon as possible. This may mean in the week of 16 November.
Weeks of 16, 23 and 30 November: Normal hours.

We will keep in touch and update you on the Conference, and Awareness Day on 12 November. You are still so welcome to send photos of your loved ones in for this year’s Memorial Roll, up until 9 November.
