Aly, Cael and Blair Jappy (aged 6, almost 4 and 9 months) – with help from their mum, Erin – are completing an amazing 100 miles of walking and cycling to raise funds and awareness for the CJD Support Network. Their hard work is all in honour of their grandad, Ian Jappy, who passed away with Sporadic CJD in 2016.
