Last Sunday, 16th June, Ian Cogbill hosted a busy quiz at the New House Inn, North Cornelly, in memory of his beloved wife Darlene who recently passed away with sCJD.
Ian, a regular quiz host, says: “It was a great day (quite emotional, but well worth it), and the donations keep rolling in! I was truly overwhelmed by peoples generosity on the day…Darlene really did touch the lives of so many.”
A fantastic tribute to Darlene, and we are extremely grateful to Ian, his family and friends and all those who have made donations in her memory. Ian will be holding another quiz on 7th July, we look forward to hearing all about it!
