On 20th April 2023, Lee, his daughter, and their loved ones’ world was turned upside down when his wife Michelle passed away after being diagnosed with CJD. In a wonderful tribute to Michelle, he will be running the Brighton Marathon on 7th April to raise money for the CJD Support Network.
Lee says: “This will likely be the most emotional and challenging thing I’m ever likely to do and I would be unbelievably grateful if you would be kind enough to sponsor me however big or small to raise some money for this amazing charity.”
