On 14th April, Leon Perkin completed the Manchester Marathon for The CJD Support Network, in memory of his girlfriend’s mum Val, who sadly passed away with sCJD in October 2021.
Not only did Leon raise awareness by running in his bright yellow CJD Support Network tshirt, he raised a fantastic £505 – which will cover one of our caring grants with £5 change!! We couldn’t continue what we do without the generosity of our fundraisers and their donors.
