Jake Adams, his mum Jean, and family recently attended the Stanford Hall Mini Show and ran a stall to raise funds and awareness for CJD in memory of beloved dad/husband Gary Adams. The group raised a fantastic £180 on the day in a wonderful tribute to Gary.
